Registration and Payments
1. Please email Registration Forms and/or Government Purchase Orders to AGAGPDC2025@gmail.com no later than Friday, March 7, 2025.
2. Payments or Validated Government Purchase Orders must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025. Please make checks payable to "AGA-Guam Chapter" and mail to 223 W Chalan Santo Papa #1124 Hagatna, Guam 96932.
Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to AGAGPDC2025@gmail.com no later than Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00PM. Any cancellation request after the deadline will be penalized with a $50 administrative cost.
2. Absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date and time. No shows will be billed for the full conference fee.
3. Substitution of registered participants is permissible with an official prior written authorization by the AGA Guam Chapter. Requests for such substitution should be sent to AGAGPDC2025@gmail.com no later than Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00PM.
4. There is no daily rate for the conference
